Just the best place to visit ( summed or winter)

Holidays with family! We have spend there 3 nights and can’t say how amazing was the place. We rented apt suite. It was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would say it would be comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The place had kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room. The place was extremely clean and smelled so good. Our view was right on Alps. See pictures attached. You can order fresh baked bread and it is delivered to your door or you can pick up at the front desk. We also visited sauna ( dry and wet). The room had a station with juices, tea, water. Shower, bathroom. And again the view was incredible! Separate thank you to people at the front desk. Very helpful and kind people. Highly recommend the place for both families, couples, friends!

Excellent apartments with beautiful views of Oberugugl. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). We lived in a Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Mountain View (Alpenheimat) There are all necessary kitchen utensils. Each room has a TV, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a huge terrace. We rented ski equipment right next to the ski lift and left it for storage there. From the apartments to the ski lift, approximately 200 meters. From the apartments you go downhill, back to the hill. Restaurants, a grocery store, a bus stop (you can drive to Sölden in 25 minutes) are very close - 200-300 meters. Separately, I note the apartment manager Jens Tonko who always helped on all issues. Thank you and see you soon!

Exceptional room, location and service

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 3 kids for a skiing holiday. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and heating was excellent. The apartment was also impeccably clean. Service was also fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mooi, verzorgd appartement

Fijn verblijf in appartementhaus Gurl. Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. De keuken is goed ingericht, alles is aanwezig. Zelfs afwasblokjes, zeep en koffiecups. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we 1 keer schone handdoeken gehad en is er ook een keer schoongemaakt. Wij verbleven er 9 nachten tijdens de zomervakantie.

It was nice to stay here

The apartment is perfect. Really good and spacious. It is fully packed with everything including washing liquid, sponges, tablets for dishwasher, paper towels and so on. Actually it has no ski in/out but there is very short walk to the slope.

Schönes Appartmenthaus in Traumlage

Schönes Appartmenthaus in 1930m Höhe. Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Jüngste die Wohnungen sind aber teilweise toll saniert. Wir hatten leider noch eine ältere Wohnung. Die Appartments sind aber sehr geräumig, es ist alles eingerichtet was man braucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Blick in den Ort Obergurgl und nach Hochgurgl ist sehr schön. Die einzige Hotelmitarbeiterin, die ich in den 4 Tagen gesehen habe war Claudia. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Ecke von Österreich und im Sommer zu einem tollen Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Struttura ottima, sia come condizioni generali sia come posizione. L'appartamento richiesto era ragionevolmente spazioso e la dotazione superiore alla media. Peccato per la scelta costruttiva di posizionare i servizi sanitari in un locale angusto, separato dal bagno vero e proprio. Da migliorare anche la gestione delle pulizie (e di eventuali dotazioni aggiuntive) che forse non dovrebbe essere rimessa a richiesta specifica della clientela ma calendarizzata (anche in funzione della durata del soggiorno) in modo da assicurare un livello di comfort costante e ottimale. Personale cortese e disponibile sebbene non parli italiano (nonostante la presenza di molti italiani tra la clientela).

Warm and inviting. With great views.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a little trouble finding the place but once we got in it was wonderful. We had the deluxe apartment 1. the beds were comfortable the bathrooms and kitchen are modern and the living room equipped with board games that my son enjoyed playing and a beautiful view of the mountains. Service was great. Even though we came in late and reception was to be closed we had some one check us in and answer our questions. Thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer. Looks like there is great skiing there, will definitely be coming back for skiing with the family.

Alles 1a! Klasse! Nur so weiter! Gerne wieder!

Toll fanden wir noch die beheizten Skischuhablagen im Abstellraum. Einzig störend fanden wir nur die Beleuchtung der Sauna, die auch bei verschlossenen Augen gegen Entspannung wirkt und lässt sich nicht abschalten. Und, na ja, ich weiß zwar, so ist der übliche Usus, aber die Endreinigungsgebühr fällt schon heftig aus, insbesondere wenn speziell wir, das Appartement beinahe unberührt und so sauber hinterließen, als wir es vorfanden. Achtung! Wer bei verschneiter Straße mit dem Auto ankommt, dem ist zum hochfahren die Schneekette ein muss!
