Seabreeze At Shalfleet
The feature of this newly renovated 2 storey holiday house is the magnificent 180 degree water views from the lounge, kitchen and dining room.
Upstairs boasts a huge open plan living area that is filled with an abundance of natural light. It has a modern kitchen and a separate dining area adjoining the large lounge area. The extra comfy modular lounge and occasional chairs seat at least 8-10 people comfortably to watch your movies on the huge 65” smart Tv while you take in the backdrop water views or sunsets. Unlimited Wifi is available at the house to stream your movies.
Sliding doors open onto the outdoor decking area with lots of seating and recliners and a Bbq. This is another perfect place to take in the views across Western Port Bay, whilst entertaining friends and family or watching the spectacular sunsets.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; master with queen bed and adjacent kids bedroom with 2 x Single beds and a small 3/4 trundle mattress under the bed. The upstairs bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom which includes a double shower and bath and a separate powder room.
Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms both with queen beds, together with a second bathroom and laundry and a second separate toilet. The rear bedroom downstairs also has a separate 55” TV / DVD, a great area for the kids.
Split system heating and cooling in the main lounge area together with an evaporative cooling system throughout the house will keep you comfortable all year round. There's plenty of room for undercover parking for 3 cars or even a boat. The house is pet friendly and the enclosed rear yard has secure gates.
The area is very quiet and tranquil and just a short drive into Cowes. The two boardwalks down to Ventnor beach and Grossard Point are only a short 5 minute walk away.
This family friendly house has such a wonderful coastal and relaxing feel that you won’t want to go home. Make 15 Shalfleet Avenue you next holiday destination at Phillip Island.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
