7.6/10 Good! (1,015 reviews)
I like the spaciousness of the room, however, the room did smell musty and the beds were terrible. They need new mattresses in the worse way!!! I don't know if a lot of the hotels give Expedia customers, their lower grade rooms, but this room was terrible! I could not get to sleep each night because of the bedding, the mattress felt like I was sleeping on The rings of the mattress, it was absolutely terrible!! The breakfast is full of nothing but carbs. There's not any protein, but yogurt and boiled eggs. Everything else is just carbs. There was a lot of dirt and stains on the carpet in the stairwell, and only one elevator was working. If you are about economy and want to save money this is the hotel for you, but if you want class good sleep and not a musty smell in the room-Then this is not the hotel for you. Also the drain in the kitchen was disgusting and it smelled really bad too.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (342 reviews)
Lovely historic antique-filled home, very comfortable rooms and beds. Dan is warm, friendly, present, helpful, and responsive. I love that breakfast is homemade yet feels very informal (not a pre-set time where everyone staying there has to show up whether it’s convenient or not, but rather just when you come down). And we loved having a dog around. Location is very good (though everything in St. Louis is easily accessible). Highly recommend
