The place was perfect for our family of 4! Only 10 minute walk from S. Lucia Train Station. The apartment has very well sized rooms, clean, and best of all, laundry on site is a plus. AC worked with no issues. Note that it is located on the 3rd floor with plenty of different styles of stairs to climb. If you have big luggages, it'll be a bit of a lift. The host, Marco is very friendly and responds quickly.

Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and had everything you needed and a couple of nice extra touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a combo washer/dryer as well as shampoo and body lotion. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

This was a great place to stay in Venice! It’s in the heart of the city, super clean, pretty easy to get to, and super charming. One thing to note is that the doorways are low as are the ceiling beams, so if you’re taller than 5’10” pay extra attention to the need to duck in the apartment. All in all, it was an excellent day, and we would definitely reserve again for a future visit to Venice!
