  • A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate two/three people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet area, which is the island of Giudecca. The apartment has 1 double-room,  a living room complete with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a  washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. The apartment is located approximately 150 m. from the jetty of Palanca and in the same area there are various shops, banks and nice restaurants, everything outside of the big tourist flows and therefore our guests can immerse themselves in the Venetian really more true.

Excellent location!! close to vapporetto! QUIET, clean, very comfortable bed! Kitchenette is complete with necessities, Cristina was our contact person and she was very sweet and helpful. We would most defiantly stay there again!!

Beautiful, modern apt; quiet location; convenient waterbus transportation

Very comfortable, clean, modern apartment. Supermarket nearby if you want to cook at home; several local restaurants available if you prefer to eat out. Easy waterbus ride to San Marco where main tourist attractions can be found; nice to be away from the crowded busy center in the evening to relax.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Appartement

Schönes, neues Appartement, auf Giudecca verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen. Sehr sauber, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Ideal für 2 Personen, aber durchaus auch mit Kind. Unsere Vermieterin Cristina und ihr Mann haben uns am Anleger abgeholt und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Ihr Büro ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Danke noch eimal Cristina und Inginio! Ansonsten: Nur knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg zu den Anlegestellen Palanca oder Sacca Fisola. Bäcker, Gemüsehändler und Lebensmittelgeschäft gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants und Pizzerien. Ich empfehle dieses Appartement uneingeschränkt! Friedhelm

Modern and beauftul apartment with lovely, helpful, and accommodating hosts.

My significant other and I stayed a little over two weeks here and had a great time. Giudecca is an ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. A five minute boat ride and you are away from the crowds to enjoy a nice dinner or quiet evening at home. Ideally located, this apartment is just a short walk from the boat launch. The neighborhood is friendly and we never had any concerns walking at night. The apartment is efficient and thoughtfully laid out with all of the amenities you would want. You can tell that Cristina put a lot of thought into designing the place. She even provided an adapter for overseas electronics. We shopped at the local market and cooked two meals a day at the apartment. All of the kitchenware needed to prepare our meals was provided. In addition, the kitchen was already stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, water, prosecco, and olive oil upon our arrival. Cristina is a wonderful host and she is very easy to work with. She communicated with us a great deal ahead of time to make sure we arrived with no issues. During our stay, she checked in to make sure everything was going well. Cristina has perfected the balance between being available and not feeling intrusive.

Hübsche Wohnung im ruhigen Giudecca in einer ehemaligen Getreidemühlegegend...schöne alte Gebäude.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Cristina im charmanten Venice zur Karnevalszeit! "Nur" 4 Sterne für die Unterkunft, da das Bad tatsächlich etwas eng ist und leider kein Fenster zum Lüften hat, so dass Feuchtigkeit im Bad bleibt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und mit Charme eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden und sehr sauber! Für das Frühstück lagen Kekse und Cornflakes sowie kleine Marmeladen bereit und Wasser war vorhanden. Sehr freundlich! Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbeteit und es hat alles per Mail und vor Ort super geklappt. Sie gibt gute Tipps und ist per Mail jederzeit erreichbar. Giudecca selbst liegt ab vom Trubel und ist durch Boote mit allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten verbunden. Man ist schnell auf der anderen Seite und somit direkt am Markusplatz. In Giudecca hat man nette Lokale sowie einen Coop und kann am Wasser entlang schlendern sowie dort sitzen und speisen. Für die 4 Tage hat die Fahrkarte für die Vaporettos pro Person 40€ gekostet und man konnte jederzeit überall hin fahren. Vom Flughafen kommt man entweder direkt mit dem Wassertaxi zur Unterkunft (2 Personen 120€) oder mit dem Bus und dann weiter mit den Wasserbooten...alles kein Problem und Cristina berät gerne im Vorfeld. Ich kann die Unterkunft und den Urlaubsort Giudecca nur empfehlen sowie den venezianischen Karneval. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

alles bestens

Die Lage des Appartement ist optimal und gerade mit Kindern ideal um vor den Massen des Zentrums zu entfliehen. Das Appartment war sehr ordentlich und die Vermieter reizend. Einziges Manko: das sehr kleine Badezimmer.
