The room was very clean, comfortable and convenient for our stay. The breakfast was good and the lady in charge was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The view out our window was not great but we we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. If we had asked for a room with a view I'm sure we would have gotten one.

Air conditioner Room is clean, beautiful views of the canal. The area is not so busy, but it is busy. Definitely people were jealous of that of that room. It had that real Italian feel if I ever go back to Venice I’m staying here

Check in process was smooth. Just follow the directions of going to the right building that they send to you beforehand. Also useful info about transit. Then they will walk you to the other building if your room is there. Breakfast was so convenient and the woman working it was so kind. Our canal view was perfect and the suite was actually a little bigger than I thought it was going to be! Would totally recommend and I would stay again if I could.

If you want to really feel Venice in the 1800’s…this is the coolest place! The room was comfortable and clean, it was conveniently located near St Mark’s Square and shopping, and easy to walk to from the water bus even carrying luggage. We had a great canal view, breakfast was tasty and the staff were so helpful. Our room was in the annex building so no elevator, but it was just one flight of stairs. The weekend traffic nearby can be a little noisy in the late evening, but nothing a little white noise on my phone couldn’t fix. Price was quite reasonable as well
