We booked a family room for our family of 5. Room was clean and they provided enough towels for each one of us. They provided complimentary water and coffee in the room. Water pressure and temperature was perfect. We each were able to take a shower back to back without any loss of heat. The room is slightly dated but they are working on renovation throughout the hotel. My kids enjoyed that it was an original older building with lots of nooks. Breakfast was delicious. Grape variety something for all of my children. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Offered espressos or cappuccinos. Felt like a true bread and breakfast. We would definitely stay again. Elevator was working so we use that to move our luggages up the stairs.

Weather was cold so windows stayed closed for the most part, but would be great spot to have open and enjoy the sounds of the city during warmer weather. Heat worked great and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to all things Venice. Everything walkable (a little distance to walk from train station, but we did with no problem). Could take water taxi just a few steps away from hotel if desired.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The property was very quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a 24/7 front desk always available. Breakfast was amazing, with great quality and variety. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well equipped, with all amenities provided. The location is excellent — we could easily walk to the city center and shopping areas, and most nearby attractions required no transportation at all. The train station is very close, and the airport bus stop is only about a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I travel to Venice again, I will definitely stay here.
