Great location in the Dorsoduro neighborhood. This location felt like it was away from the chaos of the busy tourist area but still close enough to walk to sights and restaurants. It is a few minute walk to the vaporetto stop which is very convenient. It is essentially a guesthouse (home with about 4 rooms). The room was clean and communication with the staff was easy. However, our wifi was very weak. As a traveler, we really do rely on good internet connection. It was also missing some of the things our other guesthouse stays had included such as a safe, water, glasses/tea cups, body wash. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Amazing location!! Rooftop was a great perk! I would definitely recommend the place but please note, it’s not for the weak!! You must go up many flights of stairs and to our apartment, the last stretch was steep but we were totally ok with it! That being said, Venice is not for anyone who has mobility issues.

This was a great place to stay for a couple days, the reason I didn’t not give it a 5 star is due to the AC. The AC really didn’t work, luckily it was cooler at night and I could open the windows to cool the place down. The AC was not that effective during the day but I feel like that’s expected in Venice. The staff were very nice and the check-in process was really easy. The property was located within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the water bus. Overall I’d stay here again in the cooler months of the year

For Venice I assumed it’s ok to be in a Palazzetto that flor slope pretty bad. However WiFi didn’t work, some one tried to open the door using keys while we inside of the room and that was very bad.

From outside looks antique, but from inside your room its gem. Its very clean and rooms are large. Its about 850 sqft approximately but that's just my feel. Washroom is very big. Renovation might have been done recently so its good. We had good experience overall. This is probably best price per hotel room you can find in Italy.

Was close enough to the main square but far enough that it was nice a quiet. It was perfect for a family with two teenagers. If we go back, will book there again.
