Very convenient to walk to the festival but that’s about it, not worth the price, there was no closet in the room that made it very hard n dry tiny bedroom, would rather commute from Venice next time, would not recommend for this high price.

A lovely place, just a pleasant walk from the waterbus stop. It's a short walk to the beach too. The rooms are big and it's comfortably equipped. Lovely products in the bathroom, almond scented.

The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, offering information about the area and advice for getting around. The cleaning/service staff were also very friendly and cheerful. The room was nice and large, nice big bed and all the useful amenities such as a mini fridge, hairdryer, soaps and shower gels etc. It also had extra pillows and a thick blanket in case the nights got chilly. The aircon was perfect and not too loud and night. We were on the top floor and there's no lift so bit of a hike after a long day of exploring but I appreciate it's not always possible to fit a lift into a smaller building so can't fault that. The only negative I can think of is the water pressure for the shower was quite low, you couldn't use it while the toilet cistern was refilling as it would only dispense very hot water during that time. Everything else was great. It's in a quiet and peaceful area but it's very easy to catch a bus to the town centre and from there the rest of Venice is just a vaporetto away. Ideal for travellers who want to explore all over but get good value for money and a nice relaxed place to stay. Finally, the breakfast was really nice. Varied each day with different nibbles and flavours of pastry, fritatta etc. Definitely advise going for that if you stay here as you're not going to get good food like this anywhere near that cheap on the island.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, avec un personnel accueillant. En revanche, grosse déception concernant la chambre 7, située en entresol : dès la première nuit, j’ai trouvé un énorme cafard dans la chambre. Malgré un traitement, j’en ai retrouvé deux autres la nuit suivante. J’ai finalement obtenu un changement de chambre après l’avoir demandé, et celle-ci était correcte. Ce problème d’infestation dans la chambre 7 est très préoccupant et devrait impérativement être réglé avant de continuer à la proposer aux clients.

The hosts were so amazing, kind, and accommodating. Rooms were a great size with the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, and being so close to the beach was a dream.
