Nice place, clean, friendly staff. The location isn't perfect of the goal of the visit is to explore the heart of Venice, as it takes about 45 minutes to get to Rialto, on the bus and vaporetto.

Excellent Value

This is a great hotel for the price. Not on the main islands of Venice; but, it’s just a short boat ride to the other islands. The hotel is walking distance from a beautiful sand beach.

we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had regarding transport or nice local eating places. the hotel is located near the beach in a quiet residential area with easy access to the town centre by a frequent bus service and the local water-bus transport hub for the five minute ride into the centre of Venice. this hotel met and surpassed all our requirements and we will certainly return to this hotel and can fully recommend it.

The front desk staff was helpful when they were there. Do not expect a late check in unless you specify it first. If something happens and you arrive later than planned (like we did) you will receive NO assistance. I left my phone on a train in Florence on our way to Pisa tower. Luckily I did get the phone back -the $ that was with it. But grateful to have my way to connect with my accommodations back. When I did the check in online earlier I received a letter telling me if I needed anything at all contact the number or email. This is wrong information. THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT AFTER 8 PM!! If you are detained later than expected and did not arrange a late check in (72 hrs earlier) you will not get in to the hotel. We tried, expedia tried as well and no one answered our calls or emails so we booked another hotel and got no compassion at all from the hotel. Just "we told you in advance if you needed a late check in you had to arrange it before." I invite whom ever I talked to through emails to come to Canada anytime and learn how guests should be treated not how you spoke to me in your emails!! The room was ok but the bed we had was absolutely awful! The bathroom is also very tiny. I would strongly recommend keep looking for a better hotel!! At least one that has some customer service skills. We have traveled many places and always been treated well even when things dont go as planned but this place will not see a dime of our money again KEEP LOOKING DONT STAY HERE

Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio. Ottima attenzione al cliente, arredi nuovi e funzionali, bagno grande con piatto doccia doppio. Situato a due passi dalle autolinee in zona silenziosa servita da negozi e ristoranti.

Très bon séjour, la chambre est vraiment grande spacieuse, le personnel très gentil et attentionné. L'avantage de l'hôtel c'est qu'il est desservi par toutes les lignes de bus et a 2 km de la gare fluviale. Le petit déjeuner très varié et généreux. J'ai vraiment apprécié ces quelques jours au Lido et dans cet hôtel Je recommande sincèrement !

The hotel was well-equipped and clean. The receptionist explained the public transport options etc for us, and that was useful as we bought ACTV Transport tickets for 72 hours (I recommend that if you want to visit other islands). It's a good accommodation if you don't want to spend the night in central Venice.

Hotel Sorriso is currently rated at two star level. The room allocated to my wife and I was at least three star level. It was large, well furnished and suited us very well. There was one thing that would have made it perfect, and that was the provision of a kettle and a couple of cups. When checking out, we discussed this with the manager, who told us that she provides kettles and cups upon request. Perhaps guests should be advised of that option. Otherwise, it was an extremely satisfying stay at the Sorriso for two quite elderly people. Thank you.

便利で清潔なホテル

到着が21時を過ぎる場合、あらかじめ連絡しておいたほうが良いかも知れません。とにもかくにも静かで綺麗な宿でした。また是非利用したいです。
