Even though the properly is in an industrial area, the cleanliness, staff friendliness convenience to shopping and proxikity to the lagoon city and ease to get there by bus, is a big plus .

The location was great if you want to go into Venice because a train stop is about 600 Meters away. Unfortunately, that is the only thing that is close. The hotel is located in an industrial area with no conveniences around. Another positive is that f you have a car, there is a gated parking lot.

The property was great, staff was superbly helpful, breakfast was ample and the property was conveniently located for Venice. Cheap bus ride, train or taxi would recommend and definitely stay there again

Such a great find. Great staff, clean rooms, and easy to get to Venice. We loved the private parking lot, and it was still very close to the airport.
