アットホームな宿

家族経営のこじんまりした宿でした。フロントは英語ができないスタッフの時間帯もありましたが、いくつかの単語で何とか用事は足りました。子供にもフレンドリーに接してモラぃ、場所も駅から近くて便利でした。

Avoid choosing if you are not too patient.

And there is no internet access and even do not have any signal for the phone. I needed to go freezing outside of the building to talk on the phone. Moreover, it barely able to find the signal around the hotel. I walked along the street to find it,,,,well, I couldn't though. It was so cold and raining, so I gave up. If you are thinking to stay there, may need to choose the warm season. Otherwise, you have to go without any conection with others. Oh, and the shower rooms door was broken. It came off from its flame..

Die Lage ist top! Zimmer schön und sauber, Bad sehr geräumig und modern. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Sehr negativ ist jedoch, dass es mitten in der Nacht stundenlange lautstarke Streitereien und Tumulte erst direkt vor dem Eingang des Hotels und später auf der Etage bei den Zimmern gegeben hat. Es haben sich auch einige Gäste beschwert, was jedoch auch nicht geholfen hat. Am nächsten Tag hat sich dann herausgestellt das die Person, die diesen Lärm verursacht hat, KEIN Gast war, sondern jemand, der eindeutig zum Hotel gehörte! Und das ist eine absolute Frechheit und ein NoGo!!!!!

Sehr nettes Personal, freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Vom Bahnhof her gut erreichbar – etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss. Etwa 20 Minuten Fussweg vom Markusplatz entfernt. Frühstück eher spärlich, aber ok. Ein "normales" Kleinhotel, familiär. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen.

Great little place in good location.

It is a great little place next to a restaurant and conveniently located near train station and ferry port. They were very friendly and helpful. They provide a good breakfast. The pillows were uncomfortable for me. But the room is spacious and has storage, TV, WiFi and a nice bathroom. I would go back.

We just loved it. It's charming, old, small, family like, friendly... it's everything you expect from a small hotel in the heart of Venice; It's not perfect! But it has the real Venetian atmosphere. Oh and the pizzeria next door is superb.

Très proche de la gare st lucia, propre, et c'est tout, Il faut appeler avant de débarquer, la réception n'est pas tout a fait 24/24 (on te donne après les clés de l'hôtel, il faut surtout pas les laisser à la chambre). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas ce qu'on appelle vraiment buffet, on te sert un croissant et quelques bricoles, on doit fixer l'heure la veille, nombre de places limité à la salle à déjeuner.

Lovely time

Very friendly staff. An interesting old building in convenient location. Good AC which was very welcome! Rooms are small but that is part of the charm.

close to train station. this is a very small hotel in a hold building. The night-duty staff does not speak English and short tempered.

Bad service and extra charge

Receptionist was so mean and the room is really small. They have some hidden charge. Doesnt matter if u paid from any different website ,still they will ask mome for tax , cleaning fee. AC is not good. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Posizione ottima, ma nient'altro

Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito in questo b&b (perché certo non è un hotel dato che è un appartamento adattato a stanze da affittare) una notte durante una gita a Venezia. La posizione è ottima a due passi dalla stazione, fermata del vaporetto vicino, ma qui finiscono i lati positivi. La nostra stanza era al secondo piano senza ascensore e con una scala strettissima che passarci con le valigie è stata un'impresa. È una struttura a gestione familiare, ma se la frustrazione della proprietaria perché gli ospiti sbagliano pulsante per aprire la porta di ingresso (di cui vi danno una chiave perché essendo un b&b in realtà la reception non è sempre aperta) faceva sorridere, la scorbuticità della figlia, più giovane, che si occupa delle colazioni lascia qualche punto interrogativo. La stanza era ampia, ma piena di umidità, cosa immagino normale per Venezia. Il letto non aveva coperte se non un copriletto e una coperta di lana della nonna nell'armadio. I materassi evidentemente datati erano scomodi, ma noi eravamo stanchi quindi abbiamo dormito, col condizionatore acceso per scaldare. Il bagno piccolo sufficientemente pulito. La colazione è senza dubbio il punto più dolente. Viene servita in una sala minuscola e chiesto agli ospiti di dare un orario preciso a cui vogliono farla perché non c'è posto per tutti. Siamo scesi all'orario indicato e ci è stato servito un cornetto di quelli in busta,alla marmellata. Mio marito non mangia marmellata e quando ha chiesto un'alternativa,

Great location

This hotel is very close to all main attractions in Venice. The rooms are small but they have private bathroom (small also), and is great for the price you pay to be in the island. Breakfast is Italian style. The staff was great very friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the stay here

Günstiges Hotel

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis und für Italien OK. Eine große Auswahl hat man natürlich nicht. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Das Personal hat das Zimmer jeden Tag äußerst genau zusammen geräumt (sogar unsere Ladekabel wurden aufgewickelt). Daher verstehe ich leider nicht, dass auf den Wänden im Zimmer tote Insekten kleben. Das war etwas ekelig. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war auch nicht gerade die Beste.

Spaciou

Despite have a confirmed reservation, the owner thought that we were arriving on another date and therefore locked the hotel door. We had to ask someone with a phone to help us call the owner to come back to help us check in. We waited in the cold rain for 30+ minutes outside the hotel. The owner also requested cash instead of accept credit card payment for the stay. We negotiated to give him the money the following morning since we did not want to go back out to the ATM in the rain. After the initial issues, the stay at the hotel was satisfactory. It is a great location and very close to the train terminal and the water-bus stop along the canal.
