A super convenient hotel close to St Mark’s. The staff were lovely - Claudia checked us in and was extremely pleasant. The rooms are Venetian style and there was a nice selection of food at the buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a nice and quiet stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and breakfast service which is the one time a day that you actually interact with the hotel staff can certainly improve. The woman in charge made these faces as if she is disgusted as we were trying to communicate our coffee orders.

Excellent use of compact space. Staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. Good breakfast. Location fantastic for exploring Venice - and then getting out of the crowd. Walls between rooms a bit thin so you and your neighbors will need to be on good behavior. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was excellent the staff was great and breakfast was delicious there were plenty of choices including eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, pastries, croissants, and other good items. We were also happy to have ice water at breakfast along with coffee and hot chocolate and milk. Our room was very nice and the AC works great. Close to all the main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the public boats. We would definitely stay again.

The staff of this hotel were very nice. Shopping, restaurants very accessible if able to walk (Venice is difficult in general for anyone with mobility issues). Area was safe and quiet. Elevator did not go to our floor and shower door opening was very small. Our rate included a very nice continental breakfast. Use the S. Marco-San Zaccaria water bus stop for easier access.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable - we got good nights' sleep. Location was convenient to get around Venice. Staff were very accomodating. Breakfast had many options, including your choice of coffee/cappucino, etc. A/C worked well. Bathroom sink had plenty of counter space. Would stay here again.
