Lovely accomodation with very helpful staff and also great breakfast. Some great restaurants nearby too. Slight distance from the ferry terminals but close to the tourist attractions Only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning in our room due to heavy entrance doors outside our room.

Cute room in a convenient location. Staff was kind and very helpful, including arranging our transport from the Cruise Terminal to Hotel. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast with eggs, pastry assortment, coffee, etc. Staff also gave good guidance on how to take the Alilaguna public transport to the airport.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff there were very accommodating. The room was surprising quiet and the hotel is centrally located, within a short walking distance of San Marco square and the water shuttles. Excellent restaurants throughout the area.

A lovely stay. It was our family's first time in Italy, and Venice was a beautiful introduction. Upon arrival, Claudio was so welcoming. Very friendly and helped us with our bags (as there is no elevator!). The hotel breakfast was very nice and the staff running the service were attentive and quick. The location was quite central and not too far from Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Soumia

This stay was perfect! As a solo female traveler it was great to be somewhere that felt safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and accommodating to my very early morning departure. I also thought this place was a great location within the San Marco neighborhood making water taxis, popular attractions, and restaurants easy to access! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had an excellent room on the top floor with a balcony. Great AC in the room. Staff at the front desk were helpful (and spoke English) and always available when we had a question. Breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and juices. Hotel location was the best part; right between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.

I spent 18days in 6 different hotels throughout Italy. This was the absolute best place in all catregories. The location is great, room, and breakfast and the staff. The price is also reasonable. I felt very safe and it is quiet at night. I totally recommend this place. It truly is a gem.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located - about 10 minutes to St Marks and Rialto Bridge - making it very convenient.
