Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. It included many choices and options and was prepared fresh for each individual.

We stayed at EGO for 2 nights and it was fantastic! The location is amazing just steps away from the Rialto Bridge. Several restaurants in walking distance along with easy boat transportation. Breakfast was included with our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast room was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cool boutique hotel right by the Rialto Bridge. Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, and the location was right in the heart of Venice, right by one of the water bus stops. The layout was a little funky, but once you got used to it, it was fine.
