The apartment is located in the historic heart of Venice, one minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and 8 from Piazza San Marco.
It is ideally located for visiting the city and enjoying the atmosphere it offers: just a few steps away are the Rialto Bridge, the famous Venice market, the Casino, the Fondaco dei Tedeschi, luxury store with a spectacular terrace on the Canal Great, where you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the city, Piazza San Marco as well as numerous patisseries, bars and typical restaurants.
Silent and attention to detail, it has been recently restored but retains the typical Venetian identity of the area in which it is located.
It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, has a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as a second separate bedroom with a door, a comfortable dining room for 4 people, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Great Location in Venice

Walk from train station was about 15-20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Property was clean, safe, and owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

This apartment was truly close to everything. Perfect for our visit to Venice. Crepes and Gelato near by as well as Coffee for in the morning. Beds and amenities as described. More than we needed for 3 days. Loved it.

The apartment was in a great central location and had all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. There seemed to be something off with the plumbing, as the toilet and bathroom had a rather stale smell, but other than that, the place was great!

My husband and I stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and it was wonderful! So clean and very cute! Absolutely excellent apartment exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great communication with the host and brilliant meet and greet service at the boat terminal at Rialto Bridge. Literally 1 minute to Realto Bridge and all the conveniences you will need. One thing to note though, this apartment is on the top floor with about 40 steps and no lift so may not work for those less mobile. We loved it and would highly recommend if you want to stay in the centre of Venice at a home from home.

The location is quiet and perfectly located. Nice bakery and best geletaria within 50 feet. Didn't notice the five flights of stairs with no lift/elevator when booking so should take that into consideration. We were fine with it!

Great visit in Venice

Micol was a gracious host and very helpful before and during the stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a good amount of personal care products and kitchen supplies. The air conditioner worked very well. There are quite a few stairs so don’t bring lots of luggage. It was a great place.

Fabulous Apartment

Super clean and functional apartment in a tremendous location. Shopping, restaurants and water very close and we loved this area. We loved the entire experience, EXCEPT, the 4th floor walk-up. 42 narrow stairs up to this apartment. We just happen to have to many pieces of luggage and at our age this was a chore. Mgr, alerted us to a Porter Service down on the docks, but this was after we were already at the location. We will definitely stay here again on future visits with less luggage. Great owner/operator to work with and book and provided great service to us. Also Rental Mgr was extremely helpful and pleasant.
