With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.
Classically furnished, with a clean and modern design, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, suitable for families or groups of friends, and consists of a living area with sofa and dining table, separate and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, to give you all the space and privacy you need. Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
