「The location is good. There are a lot of nice grocery stores and traiteurs. The owner was very kind and good person. Since it was a10day stay, I would have liked to have had the room cleaned and bed linens changed during our stay. There are restaurants on the ground floor and some people are noisy late at night.」

One word of caution - the apartment is in an area that is secured after 7:30 pm, and only one of the 5 entries to the area is available, and it seems to change each night. 「My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. Queen Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a real bed not like some of the hotels in the USA. We had to contact the host for a very minor question and they...
