  • On the 5th with elevator. Calm and bright. oriented east.
    Real 140/190 bed.
    A extra folding mattress is available for a kid (60 cm X 180 cm) for a one or two nights stay.
    The bathroom is small. It is not suitable for very tall people. It's a nice little studio, very simple. not modern which must be kept very clean.

Best thing is the washer. Other than that this place needs work. New toilet and sink but the rest of the bathroom is grubby and supplied with cardboard towels. Kitchen in photos looks nice but it isn't. Bed is comfy. Place is quiet. Owner was nice.

Cannot recommend enough

I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.

Lovely small space to use as base for seeing Paris. A little far from typical sites but transportation easy to find. Wi-fi excellent and surrounding neighborhood was fun to explore.This space is very small so don't plan lots of meals. Do plan to enjoy the neighborhood.Host was quick to help which made my stay as a solo woman traveler comforting.

Catherine was an excellent host, very helpful and available. The apartment was tiny but cozy & efficient. The location was great! We had some technical issues with door locks, but Catherine helped us through them. The only downside was the heavy mold smell in the bathroom, but all in all it was a great experience!!

The apartment was very small. Bathroom and kitchen were very small. Kitchen had a refrigerator but no freezer or availability to make ice which was much needed. The room had a washer/dryer combo but the dryer did not work. We dried clothes by hanging. The air conditioner was unusual because the window had to be open with a hose going outside. No not what is normal in the US, or what we expected, but we were glad we had it because it was in the 90’s. The host was very nice and very responsive.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester und meinem Hund dort und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment liegt super zentral und die Metro befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Viel Sehenswertes ist fußläufig, zu erreichen. Mir gefiel die Atmosphäre unter dem Dach besonders gut Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zu Ostern gab's als Geschenk auch einen Schokoladenhasen für uns. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Am liebsten wäre ich nicht abgereist
