Staff was very professional and friendly, the room was perfect!

This is not a true B&B. They have very limited facilities on site and do not keep their desk open for extended hours. It is a converted house, each floor is like a private suite. There are limited amenities in the suite too. Bring your own soaps/shampoos and be sure to ask for extra towels! It's in a very convenient location and is clean enough.

Good location, decent room but the stairs are precarious. There isn’t a warm vibe. It’s dated around the rooms and reception area and would benefit from a new carpets, general facelift.

Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.
