"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would not hesitate to book again. From start to finish, Sammy was an exceptional host: incredibly responsive, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our trip special. It's rare to find a host who goes above and beyond the way Sammy does. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we...

Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Higuillar

10/10 Excellent

We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. We saw this hotel on the front cover of an islands magazine over a year ago and my husband said he wanted to be in that exact spot the model was, where ever it was. When we found out it was Puerto Rico we sort of lost interest, but after reading other reviews we decided...

DoubleTree by Hilton San Juan

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol. They also offered a ride to the beach which included free beach chairs and umbrella. The only small issues was 3 different holds being placed on my card (which was expected but as one charge not 3) and during our...

10/10 Excellent

Let me first qualify that I very rarely, if ever, write reviews. Just not my style. But this placed deserves my time to explain. I booked the hotel, site unseen, via Expedia and had little expectations. We were finishing a 7 day cruise and wanted to stay an additional day in San Juan before flying home to NY. The moment we walked into the quaint, wonderful property, we were blown away. The staff was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel so at home. We arrived early and...
