"The hotel is clean and nice. We first got the room on the 5th floor, it was small, looked old and dark, the faucet leaked, the ceiling in the hallway had cracks. We asked for another room and got one on the 4th floor - new, spacious and renovated. So looks like the experience depends on which room you get. Breakfast - simple but had everything we needed."

"This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. Right from the front of office staff even down to the cleaners all were very kind and helpful. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent and the variety was good as well. Even when we had to leave early to catch a flight we were provided with a good supply of fresh produce to take with us. I cannot say enough about our experience at staying at this hotel. If in Rome we would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at."

We were able to walk to almost every major historical landmark, and having the Spagna Metro station practically at our doorstep made exploring the rest of the city effortless.Inside, the boutique property is impeccably stylish. It perfectly blends classic Italian elegance with clean, modern comforts. Our room was a beautifully curated space—bright, spotless, and a tranquil sanctuary to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.
