Overall great experience. As long as you're open to meet and get to know the roommates, you have nothing to worry about. The bunk beds were decent, the shower handle was broken, but that could have happened recently... The cleaning staff was respectful, nice and did their job. Remember to bring a lock if you wish to keep your staff safe, even tho, I believe most of the people tend to mind their own business and won't

Nice big room, very clean, with a clean shared bathroom. Staff at the front desk were nice as well, and very helpful when it came to looking for a pair of earrings I left behind by accident. However, no response to attempted communication prior to starting there, which was a little frustrating as it meant changing how I planned out my day after. Slight frustration also with plug sockets as the switches meant it was impossible to plug in my charger to charge my phone.

Literally 2 minute walk from Roma Termini. The hostel is good for short stay. It doesn't have proper kitchen facility. Just a mess hall and a microwave. Staff are nice and attentive. I'm in a room with 8 beds. My stay was not very good not because of the hostel facility betbecause of my room mates. 6 out of 8 heavily snore. Imagine an orchestra of snores playing all noght long.

Accessing the space from the street was confusing; the common space was bleak and uninviting; the bathroom was dirty and every sound could be heard in the room. Over-priced for how minimal this experience was.

Beds dont have curtains which is a simple addition that would dramatically improve privacy levels. The light for the bathroom is on a timer which is too short for showering. I understand the idea behind it but the timer should definitely be another 5 minutes long

When we checked in before 2:00pm, the staff asked us to pay the city tax, she tried not to give us a receipt until we insisted to have one. Then after we had a city tour and come back to the hotel, another staff told us that the room charges are very low and asked to pay €2 for the room towels! We argued with him and at last he said the bath towel was now a complimentary to us. He then said that out of the six persons, only 4 of us had paid the city tax! At last we proved we had paid the city tax for six perons by showong him the receipt! Please confirm to me the room charge that I had paid when I booked the rooms through Hotel.com had included the city tax as stated by Hotel.com!

Horrible experience

Spent 20 minutes waiting to check in because the front person couldnt find our reservation. When we got to the room it smelt like chlorine and mold. There was a thick layer of black mold underneath the window and in the corners as well. The toilet was falling apart and couldnt flush because it was missing a button. We stayed for 20 minutes or less and then went down to check out. The man who checked us in seemed like he didnt care that there was mold everywhere. While we were checking out someone else came down cus his room couldnt open. Everything was so dirty and disgusting and it didnt seem healthy to stay in the room. Hotels.com helped us find something else instead which we were grateful for.
