Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Vannes, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be near all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage and private parking of the apartment.
