"This isn’t a five star hotel Pool has tiles missing Meal in beach club ridiculous- ordered pasta with garlic bread, bread never came and on questioning they said chef doesn’t do it anymore??? It was on the menu and not a cheap meal Breakfast in restaurant- you have to wait to be seated as very busy - not vey 5 star On check out they offered to take the cost of garlic bread off (probably about £1) - clearly that is a poor response to legitimate issues raised and reinforcing the point about not being 5 star"

"Hot water was out for the first night, Air condition was broken on the second day. Room was not clean. Dust and dirt had appeared everywhere. Staffs were nice and polite. "

The barbecue experience at the villa was the best relaxing, delicious, and perfectly arranged. "We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer. My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool. The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life! "
