"We had a 2b/2b apartment. Very very clean. You can find anything you need in the apartment, it's just like your own home. Beautiful views of water from your rooms and living room. Small balcony. The area is quiet but you can here the kids running on top of you which wasn't an issue for us as we sleep late ourselves. Very nice staff who keeps in touch with you through your cell. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Embarc! "

"When we first arrived it took quite a while to warm up the place but it was then very comfortable thereafter. We loved your extra touches. Soap etc. there was no salt or paper towels but every cooking item you’d ever need. So glad for 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. I lived here on SS for many years and had never been back before and was very happy with our accommodations. I had a time with communication. To cancel one day but we finally did it and refund was fast, thank you"

"The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was very central to downtown Victoria. The views were superior. The double bed was very soft and quite difficult to get into. By contrast, the futon like bed in the living room was very low and not completely even. All in all the accommodation was very good with a fine kitchen and superior laundry facilities. The only Serious downside was the overpowering smell of urine in the temporary check-in parking area. This must be cleaned up."

"We went to Ukee for a friends 50th birthday celebration. They were staying across the street at a beach resort. This location was perfect for us as it was about a four minute walk to their cabin. The room is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and has a nice private feel facing the water and not seeing anybody. My only suggestion would be to have the house address lit and more visible in the dark, to expand the range of the motion light at the top of the stairs, and eave the units outside light...

"The unit was very well equipped, super clean, nicely furnished and quiet (all while being across from Fan Tan Alley and super close to downtow, Inner harbour and Songhees). Very secure underground parking as well. Host Sherry was very reachable and lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!"

Located in a prime spot right behind the empress hotel in the middle of downtown, walking distance from Beacon Hill park, shopping, the waterfront, excellent restaurants, museums and more. The unit was well outfitted, clean and quiet. We will definitely return on our next visit to Victoria."

"stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
