Welcome to the perfect family getaway. With 2 floors and 2 cozy bedrooms and a couch in the living room that turns into a bed, it's the ideal spot for up to six guests to kick back and relax. Centrally located in Vancouver, making it so you can get anywhere in the Lower Mainland in under 45 minutes via car or by public transit with a bus stop that connects directly to the Canada Line Skytrain system located right at the corner of the street. Great location with easy access to all Vancouver has to offer. Sahib was helpful and responded promptly. They were working on the air-conditioning upstairs and the screens while we were there. The icemaker was turned on and ready for us. Cold water in the fridge. We would love to visit again!

Great little place to stay

Yes, it’s quite small but is very pleasant. Great to be able to do some laundry here! We also enjoyed the use of the coffee machine. Good to have some toys and books for our little one. Plenty of street parking.

The bed mattresses (main room and children room) were uncomfortable including the sofa. Also, you can hear there is a mouse between walls in the children room. We woke up at 5 am because of the noise of a mouse scratching the wood.

Great place. Good access to main arteries. Internet connectivity needs to be improved. Also TV needs mostly subscriptions so one needs to bring your own codes. But nice place.

Definitely a good stay, beat a hotel stay by far. I missed the detail in an email about walking around the main house to the laneway house on the south side vs the north side; then the gate on the no-go side was locked... a little signage c be good. . All good

Amazing Stay in Vancouver

We had an amazing stay - the home is perfect. Our host was a great communicator and very helpful. It was well stocked - had everything we needed. Amazing rainshower shower head that made showers heavenly. Beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was wonderful - safe and had lots of shops and eateries on Fraser and Victoria streets. We look forward to staying again.

Cozy and Convenient

We rented this property during our stay after surgery at a nearby surgery centre. My wife and I were quite comfortable in the property. It's definitely "cozy" but has a lot of conveniences that made our stay enjoyable. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood with ample parking for your vehicle out front. Because I was not mobile, we relied a lot on food delivery and was happy to find many options were available. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you'd ever need. Pots and pans could use updating and we ran the dishwasher almost every night because we were running out of plates and utensils. Streaming options were readily available on the TV but there was no cable. Sahib and his family were very personable and very accommodating. Every question we had was eagerly answered and acted upon. We requested a late check out time and Sahib graciously accommodated us. There is also shared laundry available in high quality machines which the renters beside us are supposed to use only on Saturdays. Overall, a nice stay that met our needs.

Very nice!

Very nice laneway house with all you could want. Pet friendly and took our two little dogs when many vrbos say only 1 pet. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and close to amenities

Nice place clean and neat. Couple of suggestions sidewalk lighting to back of property to rental. Kitchen faucet was hard to operate, would not turn on and once on would not turn off. Would suggest just a regular faucet.

I would totally come back here! The place is accessible to bus stops and also very clean and has toiletries for the washroom as well as plates, pots, pans etc. As well as towels and many extra beds, comforters and pillows. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Overall place is big enough for 4 guests for a one night stay. Be aware that there is no A/C though and the 2 twin beds are flat/sink.

Vancouver trip

The laneway house was very comfortable and perfect for the two of us. There was always street parking nearby and we were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores and a bakery. it was also in a good location for driving to sites outside the city.You can take the 49 bus which is a short block away and go to UBC or take it to the Sky Train which is 2 and 1/2 miles away. The public transit system in Vancouver is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our week

Over nite Cruise stay

The building was comfortable and quite nice. One off the cupboards was off of its hinges and there were tools and a drill on the counter. The back yard outside was some what messy but easily aces able through the back lane. Yes we would stay there again.

Lovely Place
