Great place.

Enjoyed staying at this very clean and cozy place. Would def go back. Worked well with having a toddler and our two dogs.

Perfect Stay – Spotless, Convenient, Cozy, and Family-Friendly!

I had an incredible stay at Alex’s place—truly the best I’ve ever experienced! The location is unbeatable, with bus stops just a 2-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants within a 3-minute radius. The free parking was a plus but street parking is also available in the area. The rooms were spotless and so peaceful, with everything you could possibly need in the fully stocked kitchen. The room temperature was just right, making it cozy and comfortable. Communication with Alex was quick and friendly, and the self check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The in-unit laundry was convenience and easy to use. My family absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a perfect stay in Vancouver.

Second amazing stay!

This is our second stay at Alex’s place on our way back and Alex's place was nothing but awesome!! very clean and organized 👌.there were labels on all important cupboards and everything we needed for our stay. the neighborhood is very walkable.London drugs,McDonald's, bmo bank and lots of restaurants nearby (kokoro Ramen was great!). R4 bus on 41st street, fast straight shot to skytrain (Canada line) then straight to downtown.Alex was a awesome host!! communicating with him was a breeze. always always answered right away and solved any problem right away..really appreciate his help! I would definitely stay at Alex's place again if we are ever to go back to Vancouver!!

A truly amazing experience in Vancouver!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's house in Vancouver! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, and the house was exactly as pictured – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking breakfast, and the on-site laundry was super convenient. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the high chair and travel crib provided. The house being pet-friendly was also a bonus. It’s a safe, quiet, and comfortable space – a real home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful, with 2 minutes walk to park where kids loved to play, the street itself was lovely, especially with the colorful fall trees. Alex was an excellent host, responsive and helpful, and his restaurant recommendations were spot-on. We would definitely recommend Alex’s house and look forward to returning!
