This place was very well equipped with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out with beautiful 360 degree views of the city and the harbour and mountains in the distance! Jay was very accomodating and communication was precise and timely! Would definitely stay again if in Vancouver.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Jay was very responsive and helpful.The place was clean, beautiful, well-stocked, and has a fantastic view. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very clean and secure. The area of town was on the edge of being around alot of homeless but felt really safe indide beautiful roof top

Worth the money

Pretty decent flat with all the amenities included. Location interms of access to nearby places is really good. However there were many homeless folks in the close proximity so but building security was really good. Overall a good experience

Great access

This apartment itself is very cute and the views at the top are amazing. It is in Chinatown and there are a lot of homeless/drug users all around but the property itself follows strict security and overall felt very safe. The homeless don’t bother you or ask you for anything. This apartment makes it very easy to get to downtown. The heater broke while we were here but the manager acted right away to help us out.

Vancouver getaway

The property is very well maintained and clean. However would be nice to have had a dish cloth and dish towel, or even paper towels upon arrival. We had to buy some. Also needs some sort of recycling bin as there is only trash can and when you go to trash room you have to pick through your trash for recycling. The building is very secure but the street and surrounding neighborhood has a lot of homeless The homeless don’t seem to bother anyone. Just a lot of trash and odor around. A lot of sirens at night. Owner is very responsive if you have a problem. All in all a nice stay

Super schöne und luxuriöse Unterkunft mitten in Vancouver mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Einziger Nachteil ist die Umgebung. Es ist durch Sirenen der Krankenwagen laut und ist durch die direkte Nähe zur East Hasting Street auch immer wieder von zwielichtigen Personen umgeben, die einem aber nichts tun. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung. Es war toll!
