「The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but our coffee machine was broken, and the blackout shade would not roll all the way down. All in all, I am more concerned that the room is clean and the staff is friendly so I would stay again.」

「Elevator would not operate down, so I had to take the stairs with my luggage. Staff knew it and didn’t say anything at checking. Why would to place a disabled person on the second floor. There is another hotel on both sides. Guess what my choice will be next time I pass through Bay City Texas.」
