Great Hotel in a good location

Lovely large comfortable room with a view over the street. Great wifi. Entry to the hotel down the side street. Quiet room. Very friendly staff

The room was clean and bright, and I think the breakfast selection and the view from the breakfast area are among the best in Van. Also, the young man at reception was unfriendly and constantly on his phone, clearly prioritizing his calls over the guests. Other than being shown to the wrong room at first, having a power outage, and dealing with an unstable internet connection, there were no issues.

PROS Walkable to central Van Staff helpful and speak Farsi CONS Room condition was poor Very small Parking is a nightmare (ask hotel staff for parking and they have a designated place close to the hotel, otherwise you won’t find a place to park your car) Busy area and heavy traffic Good choice if you are on a budget

I booked a room for my brother so he could have a few hours of rest before his flight. He arrived there at 6am. I specifically asked the hotel to let him check out a little later, but they were rude and unaccommodating. Even though they had plenty of available rooms, they wouldn’t let him stay even one extra hour and behaved rudly. I’m really disappointed with their service and would not recommend this place.

Colazione di alto livello, camera confortevole ma un po’ piccola. Sussiste il solito problema della totale ignoranza dell’inglese: a domanda… nessuna risposta. Peccato, la struttura e’ molto valida, il parcheggio comodo e la posizione interessante. Un piccolo sforzo, su’!!

Kahvaltı ve manzarası oldukça iyi, odalar biraz ufak, seçenekleri var sanırım seçeerkeen dikkaat eetmek gerekir, duvar tarafındaki yatak rutubet kokusu vardı. Otopark sağlamaaları mükemmeel olmuş, bulunduğu konum park için sıkıntılı. Çalışanlara oldukça yardımseverler, hepsine teşekkürler.
