「立地については優れています。 最上階レストランでの朝食はバリエーションもあり、また眺めも良いです。 部屋は写真で感じるほどには新しくはありません。ただ問題はありません。」

「Temizlik açısından ve otel personelinin yaklaşımından çok memnun kaldık. Otel van gölünün karşısında hoş bir manzaraya sahip. Otelin kahvaltısının daha önceki yorumlarda çok iyi olduğunu okumuştuk fakat malzemeler kaliteli olmasına rağmen çeşit olarak yeterli gelmedi bize. Kahvaltı iyileştirilebilir. Van’a yolumuz tekrar düşerse tereddüt etmeden kalacağımız bir otel. 」

「The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel. 」

「Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected. There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found. 」
