This special place is cute and cozy! It's the perfect place for 2 people! It has a full kitchen with everything you need, a walk in closet, TV in the bedroom and the living room, and a spacious bathroom!Tucked away off the highway makes it feel more private! About 15 minutes from Fort Smith and close to lots of restaurants and downtown Van Buren.

Short Getaway

My stay was amazing! Everything was as shown on website. Only small complaint that could abe the internet connection wasn't the best. However, everything else and truly mean everything as Absolutely Amazing!!! Will definitely be back in the near future!

Wedding and Shopping getaway

Great little place for a getaway. Great Bbq place across the road. Lots of fun places to go shopping. First time going to the A to Z outlets.We will be BACK.

Lovely

The stay was over all well and very quiet! The only issue I had was the tv in the bedroom sounded like the speaker box was blown out even at volume as low as 2-4 would definitely stay again!

‘Cute and cozy’ triplex

Visited the area with my Mother. Kitchen well equipped to meet our meal needs. This is the middle unit of a Triplex, but didNot hear the neighbor’s TV until the last day. The mini split heater was new to me, but liked the ability to customize the bedroom temperature for my Mom. It is right off the Highway so there is some night traffic noise through the windows but easily reduced by white noise. Felt safe and secure with parking right at the doorsteps. Can’t beat the price for a small fully furnished small apartment setting.

Cute and Cozy is right!

This was my first time ever using vrbo and even staying in something like this. Check in was super easy, the place was super clean and VERY well maintained and the host was very communicative. I even showed all my friends and bragged about this place like it was my own! Will definitely be booking here again when I’m back in town.
