"The house was nice and it was pleasently decorated. Several of the lamps did not have shades - just visible light bulbs. The lock pad on the front door was verying difficut to unlock due to the fact the numbers were worn off. The remote which operated the living room light did not work. The house was very clean and was located in a safe neighborhood."

"Initial confusion about location: "562" on mailbox; "572" on listing. Beautiful setting in Ozark highlands and convenient to amenities: veritable tree house! Large porches are super pet friendly. Plenty of room and seating. Great kitchen with many appliances: perhaps replace some skillets. Saggy 2d bedroom mattress. Downstairs may benefit from a small TV."

"This house is under construction and for sale so there is very limited necessities for an enjoyable stay. There are very limited items in the kitchen, a very small charcoal grill, no chairs on the porch to sit, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no trash cans in the bathrooms, no toiletries of any kind, very few towels and little toilet paper. The ground level of the house is under construction and is entirely open on both sides since they have not put doors or windows in. The finished part of the house is up about 30 stairs to a deck which has one end that is not finished and open. Not safe for children!!! Owner had lost the keys to the house so we could not lock the house while we stayed! I brought up my concerns to the owner and their response was basically, yip that’s how it is. If your looking for an expensive place to crash this would be ok if your looking for a house to cook and entertain a crew look elsewhere! If you have kids look elsewhere!"
