"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"We had a great time. The location is great, walking distance of almost everything you need. Navacerrada was beautiful during Christmas holidays with a Christmas market and activities to do with the kids.Perfect to connect with nature and go for a hike/bike. "Logement et équipements conformes à l annonce. Nous étions deux familles, 4 adultes et 4 ados et nous avons passé trois jours au top!! Nous avons testé la restauration que victoria propose ( que des spécialités locales) et croyez moi cela vaut le détour. Le repas est délivré au logement et victoria a toujours une touche spéciale pour agrémenter le repas. Nous avons pu fin octobre pu encore profiter des extérieurs avec jeux et jacuzzi.
