Great and courteous front desk service as well as a central location and cleanliness. Breakfast service is very good with lovely views and I recommend upgrading the room for some stunning views. Hard to go wrong with this place.

Very central hotel. Walking distance to all the main attractions ( aqueduct, cathedral, alcazar etc). We booked the breakfast and it was good ( except the coffee). If you need parking, you should book in advance as it is very limited. Also, the terasse is not open at night, which would be nice to sit outside.

The balcony view we had of the monastery in the valley below was amazing. We spent a lot of time on it in the evening having a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The breakfast buffet was also great and the staff knew English and were helpful. It was close to all the major sights and there was a parking ramp just a block away. The location on the edge of the walled city was also quiet at night and very nice. Would recommend.

This was a beautiful place to stay I. Segovia. The rooms were original and decorated beautifully. The hotel is away from the main traffic in Segovia so nice and quiet. We had a balcony with our room and it was delightful to sit outside, drink wine and watch the sun set on the countryside surrounding the town. Breakfast in the morning was great with good coffee, meats, fruits, eggs and pastries. A value at 10 Euro. I would certainly stay here again.

Clean room, smooth check in. Slight odor in bathroom but very clean and well maintained. On site underground parking is tight but manageable. Breakfast is good with selection of breads, pastry, fruit, cold meats, bacon eggs yogurt granola etc. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Would recommend and would stay again. Overall excellent.

We chose this hotel because of the on-site parking. This boutique hotel is split over several floors on a hill and to get to the parking we had to go around a one-way system. This was explained to us by an extremely helpful person on the reception while we checked in. We would never have found it without her. The location is great for exploring this fantastic city. We had a spacious room with a separate seating area. The breakfast was good.

We stayed at Dorma Casa de los Linajes for 9 days with my wife, and we absolutely loved our stay. Even though the hotel is rated as a three-star property, it definitely does not feel like a typical three-star hotel. We had a room with a beautiful view, and the scenery was truly enjoyable. One of the highlights was watching the hot-air balloons take off each morning — a wonderful way to start the day. If you have a son or daughter starting at IE University, this is a perfect place to stay. It is within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, as well as many restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and, whenever we return to Segovia, we will not look for another place to stay.

This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few stairs (there are handicap lifts if needed though).
