「Great customer service. Zzzing staff were always available to assist via WhatsApp. Unit was very clean. More than enough towels and toilet paper. They even left us water and oils and salt in case we needed it. Location was perfect. Cafes, shops and sights were just steps away. Bed was very comfortable. However, the unit was very cold during the day and hot at night. Hot water runs out in the shower often and there were mosquitoes. Possibly because of the time of year (April). 「It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo....
