「ぼくだけに起きたことなので，一般化はできないが，少し困った。最初の夜にシャワーを浴びようと思ったら，お湯が熱すぎて，浴びることができなかった。しかし，それをフロントに伝えるのを忘れていて，次の日の夜に，苦情を言った。その時にフロントにいた人が，あまりよく英語を理解できないために，直接部屋に来てもらい，シャワーの温度の調節が不可能だということを示した。しかし，修理する人がもう帰ってしまっているので，別の部屋の浴槽を使うことで，解決を図った。しかし，次の日に，そのシャワーが直っていなかった。フロントが別の人なので，事情を話すと，今度は大きな部屋に替えてくれた。部屋自体は広くて快適で，浴槽つきだった。荷物をすべて運んだ後，お風呂に入ったら，浴槽にお湯を入れるのとシャワーにする切り替えの栓が壊れていてシャワーが使えなかった。この２つがたまたまぼくに起こったわけだけど，メンテナンスの悪さと，スタッフのコミュニケーションの不足は指摘できるかなと思う。」

「When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel. 」

「The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift. Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor. Large and comfort rooms (a little old)」

「Went for a last min Friday-Weds ski trip. This was one of the few hotels that could accommodate those days without breaking the bank - c€95 pn B&B (conti breakfast + cooked eggs on request). Traditional decor but fine for a basic trip. Room was sparse but bright and clean with a great view. Good shower. Didn't try evening meals but with so much choice in town there's no point. Brilliant location nr Clotes or 10min walk to Sportinia lift. A bit of street noise through the double glazing but I...
