"Just an overnight stop whilst on our water back to France. Hotel was clean and comfortable and also easily reached from the motorway. Parking options were on the road(which we did) of for 15 euros in the underground car park. As the hotel is located a little way from the town we elected to use the hotel's restaurant which satisfied our needs. Only negatives, I received no response to messages sent to the hotel prior to our arrival, and I could not get their online check-in to work so checked in...

"Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean as was the reception area. We were able to park right in front -free street parking. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they gave us directions to the center of town which was an easy 15 minute walk and has lots of shops, restaurants etc. The area around the hotel is nice and there Is a cafe/bar/restaurant right next door as well as at the hotel. "

"Everything was good. I should have stayed longer. I had everything I needed except maybe a kettle but I don't expect that anymore. The heating was good, the bed comfortable, the location great for my purposes and the refrigerator kept my perishables cool."

"We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year."

"The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!"
