The staff were friendly, efficient and keen to help. The beds are amazing. Having the dog being welcomed so warmly was wonderful. Great areas to exercise the dog very near the hotel. The burgers-after a very long journey - were amazing. This was at least the seventh time we have broken our Long journey here and it never disappoints.

A lovely hotel that welcomes dogs, but wasn’t aware there was a 20€ charge for dogs, although you do get a nice doggy pack with bed and water bowl😀

Great location if you base in Valladolid to explore the near wines Area like Toro or Ribera del Duero, if you want to go to the city center I raccomande to take a taxi as parking in the city is very complicated. The hotel customer have access next door to an incredible big Sport facility, the biggest in Town.
