「Struttura meravigliosa nel verde. Proprietario gentilissimo.」

「Good hotel near Verona airport.」

「This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. My only criticism is the two breakfast ladies staff were very rude and kept breaking cups around us, so quite dangerous at times … ALSO breakfast options...

「We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

「From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and welcoming reception. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, making it very easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The restaurant was another highlight — excellent food, lovely presentation and a wonderful atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Veneto and perfect for a peaceful getaway. A truly wonderful...

「Close to the old town and convenient. The staff was very kind. Thank you.」
