Excelente hotel en una ubicación céntrica. Habitaciones espaciosas. El rooftop es un plus.

Nice position close to Royal Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found my wife’s scarf left behind. Good breakfast buffet.

This hotel looks very new, great location near Atocha train station. Not far from El Retiro nor Madrid’s old district and the Prado Museum. Room was small, but for 2 people, it was adequate. WIFI worked very well. The hotel was built with great attention to detail, nice looking floors, different wall finishes, nice bathroom w a walk in shower, a towel electric drying rack, AC was perfect! Breakfast had many food options, reasonable price (€11). The only I’d recommend the hotel is to add some English speaking channels, like CNN, BBC International , as my wife is not from Spain

Best staff ever! Specially Nuria the concierge and guys from the Reception. Very helpful, polite and efficient! Loved this team!
