Liked the location Didn’t like the parking. Not wide enough.

We liked that our unit was an entire apartment with an outdoor small balcony. Great location, walkable, many restaurants, safe, close to all the activities and sights. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. As an example, they helped us secure a car and driver for a guided tour of Lisbon. The included breakfast was full of choices and included eggs cooked to order, fresh brewed coffee, fruit juices, a variety of meats, breads, yogurts, cheeses, and mini pastries. We highly recommend this property and would stay again without question.

Most of the staff were great and really nice to deal with. Check in and especially check out were a little disappointing. The hotel has a fantastic location and our stay was enjoyable

Everyone from the staff was super helpful and friendly, my biggest concern before coming was parking and once the staff gave me the information about parking it was a breeze coming in and out of the hotel as needed. As for the rooms always checked on me to make sure I had clean towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Lisbon.

I'm not one of those people who respond to every review request but I'm making an exception for the isbis Lisba Aeropuerto. If you just need a good night's rest before or after a flight, this is the place. Everything you need in a compact sleeping room. Staff super friendly and attentive to traveler's needs. Definitely a location I will choose again.
