15 km from Haguenau, we offer you to stay in our family home of 320m², with a swimming pool in the heart of a green and serene setting, which will be ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work.

Parties, birthdays, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and other events of this type are strictly prohibited.

Indeed, our house is not suitable to host this kind of event that could disturb our neighborhood.



The house consists of

At the first level:

An open living space with a living room area and a dining area to share a good meal, around the fireplace (in service only in winter), or play billiards

A 60's style equipped kitchen (dishes and cutlery, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker), with a stammtish corner, ideal for breakfast,

You will have the possibility to have your meals inside, but also on the terrace during beautiful days.

A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a sink

A separate toilet

A first bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (sink and bidet),

A second bedroom with 2 single beds.



Upstairs is a night area consisting of:

A third bedroom with a double bed,

A fourth bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (basin),

A fifth bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (basin),

A sixth bedroom with two single beds and a water point (basin)

A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a basin, and a toilet

A laundry room (table and ironing board) and a foosball table on the landing complete the floor.



In summer, you can enjoy the pool (from May 15 to October 15), its quick tennis court, a ping-pong table, and the stone barbecue.

In winter, enjoy billiards and foosball, share comforting meals at the stammtish and come warm up by the fireplace



You have the possibility of parking within the property.



During the months of September, October, November, December, January, February, March, and April, the house heating is billed separately in proportion to the consumption observed.

Indeed, a meter reading is carried out upon arrival and departure of travelers in the company of the host.



The entire house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

beds will be made with clean sheets,

clean towels will be available to you, as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a kitchen towel,

free WIFI connection.



Key Handover:

A concierge will welcome you upon arrival and departure to hand over the keys and perform a property condition report. Please note that if you arrive:

between 8 PM and 11 PM, there is a supplement of 20 euros

after 11 PM, the supplement is 40 euros

A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.



House Rules:

During your stay, we ask you to respect each of your neighbors. They live permanently in the village, so you will be asked to be discreet during your comings and goings, in the evening, at night, and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, so consider early sleepers, late risers, and those who need to go to work. We reserve the right to end the stay prematurely and without reimbursement in case of non-compliance with the rules.



The accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking device is prohibited inside the house.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ in additional cleaning fees.

It is permitted to smoke outside the house using the ashtrays provided for this purpose.



Bed and bath linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, barbecue, fireplace, take out the trash, bring down the bed linen, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers, and tidy up inside the house. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the accommodation before your arrival for 120€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 240€ will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
