"Unfortunately, our stay at Mere Spa was disappointing due to numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The toilet cistern was leaking, and the bathroom faucet was also leaking constantly. The floor heating in the toilet was not working at all. In the shower, water flowed outside the shower area and spread across the bathroom floor. "My room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The room was compact but had everything needed Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple and close to the hotel (helpful considering the size of my suitcase!). The hotel bar had a good selection of beers on tap. Overall a great stay."
