The prices indicated include cleaning on departure of the tenant, firewood for the fireplace as well as heating in the cold season (rental of bed linen and towels optional on request, supplements for additional people over 6 and for pets).

The number of people is limited to 9 including children/babies.
Animals over 25 kg and long-haired animals are not allowed. The number of animals is limited to two. The installation of camping tents, caravans and motorhomes on the property is prohibited.
