"The studio was amazing and the AC worked great during the heatwave. The only thing that was confusing was the check in process. Make sure you email them with when you are coming and they will meet you in front. The address is 3c not 3a so make sure you know which building to go to. The are not on the same side of the side street. Their elevator is out of order so if you cannot do stairs, double check with them that the elevator is fixed. "

"I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place! From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. "Beautiful building! Great location. Metro Oktogon is very close to the hotel. Also other t. They have lockers where you can leave your luggage with no extra payment for a few hours. We had a balcony and even though we were facing one of the main avenues it was quiet at night time."

"The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. They provide two water bottles daily - one still and one sparkling. If you need more, then you purchase it. The design is luxurious. The rooms are spacious enough. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, quiet, and in the heart of the city. The location is just spot on: it is very close to almost all the main sights of the city. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't say much about it. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby."

"‘New’ cosy room was very dated and tired. Don’t be fooled by a courtyard view, these rooms look onto other bedroom windows, it felt claustrophobic and dark. I felt priority was given to group bookings over independent travellers. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was surprisingly good considering the very small and basic shower head. Location was central."
