All the staff was very helpful, explained how to use an app for public transport, it’s very good having someone on the front desk 24/7. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Our room was very comfortable and clean with lovely toiletries & a good spacious shower. Staff were helpful and provided extra bedding on request. The location is in an attractive area with many excellent nearby restaurants and is convenient for buses. We hope to visit Budapest in future and would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again!

I so enjoyed my time in the beautiful city of Budapest and staying at the Eurostars Palazzo Zichy hotel! The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and the hotel rooms were fantastic and very quiet. The hotel has so much character with its history of having been a palace. It is in a fun location close to the university district with lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Don’t miss visiting the stunning Metropolitan Ervin Szabo Library that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit this fantastic city!

This is my second time to palazzo Vichy and it is as a I remembered an excellent hotel for a great price in a great area of Pest, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff vey helpful and it has close links to the metro for exploring. Lovely trip worth the 5 stars I’m giving it

Helpful & friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Rooms a good size, clean & with excellent bathrooms. Public areas do need refurbishing & the sauna wasn’t working. Character hotel, well placed for sightseeing.

Loved the location, the room, the lobby, the staff. We were so close to everything we wanted to see & check-in and out was smooth. the building is beautiful & so is the lobby! Only downfall, we didn’t love the included breakfast. Most hot food items were cold when we got there, so if you really want breakfast I suggest you go early. Also, my hair dryer died while I was using it on the last day. But other than that, absolutely loved it and would stay again!

This hotel has a stunning entrance into an extraordinary lobby- a mixture of centuries of classic style, and some modern design twists. It opens into a gorgeous plaza with a church and several great restaurants. The rooms also mix the classic feeling with tall old windows and modern amenities and updates.

I had a lovely stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy in Budapest. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and cozy, and everything was well maintained. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Budapest!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, they were brilliant at advising places to visit & how to get around. The hotel was very clean and maintained. There was a wide selection to eat at breakfast. I had a wonderful stay and plan to return next summer.

Good location for transport, sights & food. Super, spotless, quiet room, comfy bed, great a/c & lovely bathroom. Plenty coffee tea & water available 24/7 in reception/lounge area. Breakfast was fine & plentiful. Staff on reception were very helpful and always friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Budapest and would go back myself.

The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.

The Palazzo Vichy was a great hotel to stay in. The room was spacious with a fabulous bathroom and facilities. The staff are very helpful and the free tea and coffee in a pleasant drawing room a nice addition. The continental breakfast was also very nice with staff happy to help. Location wise it is in a quiet side street in Pest and close to numerous bars and restaurants for the evening. I was there for the formula one so didn’t see tk much of the city but when I return I’ll look no further than the palazzo to stay in again

Great location. Excellent front desk staff. They gave us a sheet with suggested restaurant options which was very helpful. We did the buffet breakfast. The food was good although they could have filled items more and it would have been nice if they had changed a few selections daily. Overall would recommend.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Budapest's main attractions, while still offering peace and quiet. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality products. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant and memorable stay in Budapest. We would be delighted to return on our next visit.
