We were really happy with our stay, lovely hotel which was clean everywhere. Room was a decent size, with space for clothes and suitcases. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and varied, with great coffee. Free coffee/tea in lobby at all time. Although transport nearby, the hotel was in a great location, about 15 to 20 minutes to most locations. Local restaurants on the door step which would great value for money, although highly recommend booking as they were busy at end of January which we thought would be classed out of season. Would revisit and recommend.

The room was tidy, clean, and well presented on arrival, which we really appreciated. The temperature in the room was also very comfortable, creating a nice environment to relax in after a long day. However, we did expect the coffee mugs to be changed or refreshed during the stay, which didn’t happen. Also, the bedding was not ideal — only a duvet was provided, and during the night it became too warm, with no lighter blanket or sheet available as an alternative. On a very positive note, the reception staff were outstanding. They were always available, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which made a big difference to our overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service at reception, but a few small improvements to room details and bedding would make it even better.

Reception staff very good. The only down side they gave us an old map for open top bus. Which we sat and organised our tour went to go book and the green line has been discontinued. Room on 6th floor had adjoining room and the people next door very noisy. Room not 4 star in my opinion. Clean enough but decor a bit tired. Breakfast was nice enough.

This hotel is amazing and very well priced. It's beautiful, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The woman that checked us in, Duoaa went above and beyond to give helpful suggestions and routes for our short stay. The young men at the desk were quick and very helpful in making sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The only slightly weird thing is some of the mirror edges on the bathroom doors allowed to be seen from bathroom to bed. 😅 But everything else was exceptional.
