We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much.

We had to wait for our room, reception staff quite rude. No snacks at the bar/restaurant these had to be purchased in reception. Our evening meals were sent back as they arrived cold. We were given complimentary drinks to compensate. Breakfast was great a good selection of foods and drinks. Whilst we ate we listened to other guests talking about the hotels failings. It was such a shame as the hotel was in such beautiful surroundings.

Check in was excellent, reception staff was competant and very friendly and welcoming, Unfortunately room right next to lift, if the hotel is not fully booked I would not put a guest in this room, very loud Rest of staff, especially restaurant staff, not attentive up to standing in your way. Buffet breakfast was sorry to say not good.

Het was rustig toen wij in het hotel verbleven hierdoor hadden we alle ruimte in de welness maar mochten alle kamers geboekt zijn dan is het te klein.

Gemiddeld hotel. Wij hadden de suite geboekt inclusief ontbijt. De kamer was erg ruim maar heel het hotel kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken en heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, ook was het bed erg klein en de kamers zijn erg gehorig ook hoorde je rennende kinderen op de hal. Ontbijt is ook gemiddeld, veel afwisseling maar veel gerechten die warm zouden moeten zijn waren lauw. Drankjes (home made ijsthee, limonades) zijn daarin tegen erg lekker en het meeste personeel is ook vriendelijk.

Riktig fint hotel ute i skogen, men enddå näre stan. Fin service och skön frukost. Söt litet spa. Badrummet på rummen kunde vara lite bättre - liten dusch med duschdraperi, så det fastnade i dig hela tiden. Smart-tv, så man kan kolla sin Netflix och så vidare.

Kamers waren exact als afgebeeld en heel erg lux, modern en netjes. Zwembad is klein wat niet uitmaakt als er maar enkele gasten zijn, zoals tijdens ons verblijf in januari, maar als het hotel vol zit dan is dat wellicht anders. Ontbijt was netjes maar niet echt uitgebreid, en weinig verse groenten en geen fruit. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Great hotel for reasonable price

Depends where you will have your business meetings. It is on Buda side. The only problem might be with a taxi. You might wait for a long time for it.

Modern Wellness rustig en goed

Modern Wellness hotel. Ik heb op drie verschillende kamers geslapen met als laatste een fijne grote kamer op de 3e. Naast een King size bed had ik een grote bank en een fijne badkamer met groot ligbad. Nadeel was dat het uitzicht iets beperkt was. De kleinste kamer die ik had,. Op de 2e aan de achterkant keek daarentegen heerlijk over natuur heen. Wel alleen een douche, maar wel een fijne. Je kunt ook betaald parkeren achter een manshoge schutting maar de straat is best rustig en voor de deur was meestal plaats. Fijne grote TV en goede WiFi (2 netwerken, zoek de sterkste in jouw kamer) Ontbijt is ok, niets bijzonders. Diner is in orde maar vergeleken met restaurants in Hongarije is het te duur. Voor Nederlandse begrippen betaalbaar.

Returning and satisfied customer

I have been there couple times. Always 100% satisfied. The hotel is my only choice when coming to a city. Main reson is good access to highway and location near woods. Also fine for walk and jogging

Als ich gebucht habe hieß es, dass wir im zweiten Stockwerk ein Zimmer bekommen für den 7 tägigen Aufenthalt das ist nicht geschehen auf mehrmaligen Nachfragen auch nicht, auch wenn die Rezeptionisten am Anfang gesagt haben, dass ein Zimmerwechsel möglich ist.

Some of the staff were quite rude when we arrived, our flight was delayed and we arrived late. We were made to feel like we weren’t welcome. Also the hotel is a lot further from the city not what we were led to believe. We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1. We moved to another hotel. I can’t complain about the hotel it was clean and the breakfast was very good.
