Great price, great location. Restaurant and coffee shop had delicious food and drinks.

From the begin to the end of the entrance, customer service, clean room and all. The price little high

The room was very nice but lighting was extremely poor. The Riverwalk view was unremarkable as the hotel is located at the end of the Riverwalk, the windows are very small and there are no balconies. The staff does the absolute minimum not to get fired. The vibe we got from everyone of the staff was we were a bother to them and just wanted to be done with us. Valte staff was very nice though. I guess unless you're specifically trying to work for a tip at this hotel, you don't want to be there.

Nice welcoming staff and a good place to stay, checkin and checkout was easy, coffee/Tea available 24*7, spacious rooms and enough blankets and other options available in suite, Generous breakfast options available with widespread of items, walkable short distance to river walk, Alamo, majestic theatre, various eateries available at short distance,Overall it was a pleasant stay with Family!!
