「Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!」

「Good location to connect with subways and buses. On a bigger street, but no problem sleeping from outside noice. Worse with noise coming from neighbours though, but only one night. All in all it was a good accommodation for a group of four which allowed us together time to unwind without having to go out after a long day on the town. We’ll be doing this type of accommodation again next time. Illi has a an excellent host!」
