Location was excellent for a quick stop in Roma via train. 1-2 blocks down from Roma Termini on a main street. Very clean, very decent.

Very clean room, staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent

I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients. I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.

Great location, door to bathroom did not close

Room was clean, Staff easy to speak with. Maria and Carlos at front desk were always available to help for taxi service and airport service and general knowledge of the hotel surrounding. We did not use the breakfast facilities.
